“ Popped into Wagamama at Printworks this visit to get some solid Asian fusion bites. Wagamama always has speedy service, as soon as the item is prepared it is delivered so items may come different times than others. Plenty of vegan options available and 9 different fresh juices. I used to enjoy Wagamama at least once a month when I lived in The Netherlands. Now on trips to Europe, if I see it I go. For beverage I tried the Lychee Mule, 5/5 solid and would order another one, actually I did! The bang bang cauliflower has a little lingering kick but you can always add more spice 4/5. The tori kara age was very crispy and good dipped in the soy 3/5. Chicken steamed gyoza was average but filling 3/5. Overall a quick solid meal where I got to sample a few menu items instead of getting my usual steak bulgogi, pad Thai or chicken katsu curry. ”

“ I popped in Wagamama with a friend one lunch time for a catch up. We arrived at 12.45pm expecting a bit of a wait but were shown straight to a table that was light and airy. We both ordered the Katsu chicken curry with a diet coke and commenced chatting. The diet cokes took a while to arrive despite the restaurant being so quiet. We could see them sat on the bar for a while before a server brought them over. The food was much more prompt. The Katsu chicken was lovely and crispy. The sauce had a nice spice to it but had been poured over the whole thing. ”

“ I'm not the biggest fan of Asian cuisine (as in Chinese, Japanese, Korean) however I do enjoy an occasional visit to Wagamama. The latest menu features many more rice dishes than they used to have, which is great for me as I'm not keen on noodles, I always used to end up ordering the same dish every time I came here, but now the amount of rice dishes has increased massively. The latest refurb of this branch means that they have nice booths with tables for 4, and you're no longer forced to share a long bench with strangers! Good service too and reasonable prices, I'll definitely have to start coming here more often. ”

“ A long rainy Monday call for some good food! We strolled into Wagamamas to avoid the rain and we were surprised to find how big it was, after many stairs down you walk into a big open space with the traditional Wagamama style tables down the middle and booths down the sides. I get the same thing every time I go...Edamame to start, katsu curry and a super green juice. It came in classic Wagamama style, delicious! The edamame was perfectly salty and the chicken was lovely and crisp, all wrapped up with good service. If your in the mood for some delicious fresh food this is definitely recommend. ”

“ Asian fusion at its most dependable, Wagamama is all over Manchester but this is the one at the heart of Manchester. Part of the Printworks and a hop from Victoria Station, get here for your ramen fix. My favourite is the beef ramen but seasonal specials keep me coming back for more. I've just seen that they now have take-out and delivery options (delivery in central Manchester) so you could have Wagamama anywhere. There's no excuse to not try the range of Asian noodle and rice dishes, or just splurge on side dishes for a tapas-style moreish meal. ”

“ Wagamama!! Can't fault it. Walk in down the stairs and your into a big long room with lots of bench seating. The menu is pretty infallible but when they say chilli you better god dam well take heed. Wagamama do a big range of soups and noodle things, my missus swears by the ginger udon noodle thing they do. My highlights are the coconut milk based soups which are rich and creamy but when it a red colour I know I about to destroy my taste buds for the next few days with spiciness. Green tea is free which is a nice add on and wagamamas always has some variety of 2 for 1 or some discount. ”
